"Bought a vehicle and had problems from the start. I’ve been told multiple times someone would call me back and I get the run around. Sales person wasn’t very clear on anything, just rushed it. I wish I knew about all the problems because the more I look them up, the more I learn it’s common issues with these cars. "Service and salesman ship is Terrible. Car has not worked since day off the lot. All we want to do is give it back. The dealership was not helpful at all and Subaru of America comped is some money but things keep going wrong. Don’t shop here or have service done!!! They kept our new/not-working car for a week and when we finally got through to them they said they did nothing to it and forgot to call us. DONT SHOP HERE AND DO NOT BUY A NEW SUBARU. MAJOR SOFTWARE ISSUES. JUST GOT MORE RECAL PAPERWORK!!!!"
"This one of very few places that sold the part I was looking for: a L-side (driver) sun visor replacement for my 1997 Subaru Legacy Outback. While the photo made it look like it would be white and while the part cost more than I anticipated, it was also of better quality than the original visor and actually came in the same gray color of my car's interior. I was pleasantly surprised. Ordering and shipping were very straight forward and timely."
