"I'd rate this dealership 0 stars if I could. From the sales department clown who made my buying experience horrendous & thinks he knows about cars and doesn't know jack $hit, to the Service department who promised a better experience, and still fell short by Miles!! Remember folks, the people who work at these places will never care about your vehicle as you would. To them, it's like a revolving door(get it in and get it out). When I have some time, I'll elaborate on my experience in detail, but for now, refrain from dealing with this specific dealership and don't say I didn't warn you!"

"This used to be a great place to buy and service your vehicle. That ship has sailed. Brought my vehicle in for a strong mold odor. It was a window leak and the carpet had gotten moldy. They didn’t want to cover it under warranty so we called Chrysler. Chrysler made them do the job. Picked up the vehicle and the new carpet had old French fries on it from prior to the visit and the vehicle still wreaked of mold. They said they couldn’t help me. Had Chrysler call them and the refused to help me. Awful customer care."

"Brought in my Jeep for an oil change and tire rotation as part of the Jeep Wave program. I also brought my vehicle in to have an interior piece written up and brought back in the future for mending. The parts and service department are top notch here are warm, friendly and experienced answering all my questions and offering proper guidance. Before I can do a full walk around the lot my Jeeps oil was changed, tired rotated and best of all they had the part in stock and already had it replaced for me. They are wonderful and have my complete customer satisfaction."
