"I bought by son a new 2023 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid with 40 miles on it but the dealership sold the car as used so I am told that we only get 5 of the Hyundai provided 10 year warranty but, I could get the full warranty for an extra $2,500! So here they are trying to cash in on a warranty that is supposed to come with the car for free! I didn’t go for it and spoke with Hyundai and the car does, in fact, come with a 10 year 100,000 mile warranty! At the end of the day we got the car we wanted along with the warranty but the way they do business seems criminal. Our sales guy was excellent I must say but watch that snake of a finance guy!"
