"The customer service is incredible. I was greeted with a smile as I drove up to the service area, one of the managers was quickly outside to greet me as I pulled up. All of the staff members are so friendly and accommodating. The service itself was great and efficient!"

What was less satisfactory was that when I called the day before to try to make an appointment, a representative advised me that, although no appointments were available, I could come for routine service as a walk-in any time after 7:00 AM, when the service department opened.
