"The guy behind the desk didn’t get up to look at our car and told us “ There’s nothing we can do about it until Monday”. We had a broken trunk piston (because I tried to pull the trunk closed.) the trunk wouldn’t close. If I depended on that guy we would’ve waited 3 days for someone at this location to remove the damaged piston to close it. If the customer service is this terrible for a minor yet expensive problem like this; they are not qualified to handle bigger issues."
"Have an issue with overheat and high temperature one on the reception said what ok leave it and in 48h will be fixed them manager come out and said what in 3 days it's forth July and they doesn't want to do anything and what I come next weak declined on the car from them to drive to work and stuff said what it's OK to drive on mine showed the a pictures"
"I had a good experience was met at the service area when I pulled up very .quickly. They took my information. I was asked if I wanted a ride home to wait for the car to be done it was going to take a while I accepted. I was unable to get a ride back and they offered to pick me up which I accepted and appreciated. There was no problem the car was done and ready for me which I accepted gratefully. The employees were professional and friendly."
