When I borrowed the trailer, I asked about the return location due to the property's evening closure, but he insisted on the same spot. Upon return, the property was closed, as I feared. I had to leave the trailer somewhere around to prevent theft."

"Unprofessional and disappointed I booked my trailer with these guys and i was there on time But guy said i am closing now i have my doctor appointment, i request him i said i have my labor to move my stuff i have to pay them anyway if i don’t move my stuff in trailer Guy said he don’t care he have to go and he close early. He was so rude and unprofessional. Now i am stuck in cant do anything"

"This is the first time I am reviewing a company online. I do not believe we can ever hit perfection in any process buuuuttt, this is definitely the closest to it I have ever seen. I brought my RV in for a few small repairs and was floored by the quality and price from this business. Not only were the repairs done in a timely fashion but they even washed the RV and dressed the tires at no charge!!! Mind you, this is a 27’ motor home. I had to wait two days to get in there but I brought it in on Thursday morning and it was completed by Thursday afternoon. I am extremely happy and will be recommending this company and the owner Paul to everyone I can. Thanks Paul for showing me there are still company’s that work for pride in customer service."

"When I called this location to find out about travel restrictions and about renting a truck because my wife and I are selling our house and moving from New York, The phone was answered hello can I help you. Very unprofessional. Typically you would answer hello U-Haul Bayshore can I help you but that didn’t happen. Then the information I asked the youngster behind the other phone his simple reply was yeah or no not direct me to the website not inform me of any travel restrictions that were all posted problem with today’s youth is that they are young. No respect no professionalism And no strong work ethic. The managers of this location and U-Haul in general should have training for these young kids on how to be a professional"
