"Renting a car from Enterprise Rent-A-Car, was a breeze. I was picked up from the auto body shop where I had dropped off my car for repairs. The driver was very courteous. At the Enterprise office, the personnel guiding me through the process was very helpful and knowledgeable and answered all my queries. The return of the car at the end of the rental period went smoothly. I have used Enterprise for renting cars while touring the country, and this time too, the whole process went without a hitch. "Had dropped in and spoke to Jason, yesterday. He told me to check in the next day and told me something different the following. I don’t see why there is a problem. Since the other branch’s enterprise rep I spoke to said it was fine to do a Switch out if I do not like my rental, car yesterday. Jason has a few car on the lots but he says he needs to reserve it for the potential reservations incoming. Which contradicta his suggestion yesterday as I stopped in to rent a mid size sUV. Yeah got me enterprise’s customer service experience leaves very little to be desired would definitely try Hertz on my next booking since Geico covered both."
