"I am disappointed with the service at the Lodi location. I booked a high end vehicle well in advance and on the day of service was told that a vehicle was reserved for me that I agreed to and I would be picked up by Enterprise. What was a ironclad deal quickly unraveled as I receive no communication from Enterprise and I tried calling the dealership at least 10 times but did not receive a answer. Worried I drove to the dealership only to see the car I was promised to be reserved for me leave the parking lot at practically the same time I spoke to the manager of the branch who was nonchalant about the whole ordeal and did not care at all. Worse of all he sold the car that was reserved for me to someone else. I had to go to another Enterprise location 10 miles away to reserve a vehicle wasting time. I lost 3 hours but the worse part was the demeanor of the manager there who did not care that I was wronged. Very bad service he should be reprimanded absolutely unacceptable."

"Thank you so much to the management and staff at the Enterprise Lodi, NJ location yet again for such a great experience. From the second you arrive till you drop off your vehicle it's an awesome experience. They find the right car for your needs and pricing. They take their time making sure your completely satisfied with the vehicle before leaving the location. Also when your finished with your rental they have an easy drop off whether they are there or not. If it's after hours they have a very secure key drop off. We actually left our rental on Sunday and by 8:30 am on Monday I already had my receipt for my rental contract emailed to me. Enterprise of Lodi really made renting a car as easy for the customer as it gets which is so appreciated. Also there is no hidden fees in the contract. The price is the price. A few days after our car was dropped off we got a follow up call to see how everything went which was so nice because no one does that anymore. We've rented from this location many times and love each experience. So again, THANK YOU to the management and staff for yet another incredible experience. We look forward to seeing you again!"
