"Still the same awful company! Stopped going to them a few years ago after they took forever to deliver a radiator for one of my former clients. When I recently started seeing some of the good reviews I gave them another chance. Maybe they had new owners or their staff improved? NOPE, SAME SCAM ARTISTS. Ordered a radiator back in February for a client and finally received the wrong one in April (They said they would have it in March). but it was the wrong one. It’s now June 9th and I still haven’t received my money and nothing has been resolved! DO NOT TRUST THESE FIVE STAR FAKE REVIEWS."

"Very good with dealing with the general public as well as dealerships. Good pricing too. I was very impressed with the concern of the sales guy ( didn't get his name-but he is 1 reason for review, price is other) after he took my order to make sure i was being taken care of in a timely manner. Location is the only set back but i was able to find it. Great job and i would recommend this company any time and now everytime when i know u need a radiator or alternator and or hoses etc.."
"Your accounting department is very unpleasant. Eva is not very capable of phone etiquette. Her attitude is disgusting and clearly she isn't happy with her job. Her tone and demeanor is unethical. I ended up just switching to cash on delivery just so I don't have to speak to her. Please train these people properly to handle customer relations. The only person I deal with is Miriam and Chris. If I have an issue with a warranty Miriam is the only one who properly follows the steps to a resolution and does so without sounding like she's burdened. Chris is also thorough and professional."
