"We had a very disappointing experience today- based on the reviews and room description, I took my 7 and 11 year old with me for the super hero room. The clues were way too advanced and many of the locks didn’t work with the correct codes. The attendant was brand new and didn’t know enough about the room to give us hints or help us with the clues. We left without finishing and very disappointed. An attendant who is brand new should not be left by themselves without being able to help a family and this should not be marketed towards younger kids."

"We had a good time with the Alcatraz room. We had 4 teenagers and an adult working through the clues and at times we were able to conquer more than one clue at a time and other times we all worked together. Room was small and not high tech but definitely had to search for answers to open all the locks. Mary was great host. She got us in efficiently and provided helpful hints when needed. Altogether a fun experience."
