"After several less than pleasurable experiences with this Enterprise location, I was drawn back by necessity to find an entirely new staff and a pleasantly surprising customer service experience! I was met by each staff member with a smile and a greeting, the terms of the rental were disclosed concisely and clearly, I felt no pressure to accept the Enterprise insurance offered (it was explained as an option, but, again.. no pressure when I declined). The cars I have rented over the past month have been meticulous and in perfect mechanical working order. Again, congratulations to the Corporate office for re-staffing this location with smart, amicable, caring individuals!"
