"Easily one of the worst Moes I’ve been to. Queso takes like melted plastic and is $6 for a tiny extra cup to dip your chips in. Ordered the stack, was given a burrito. The restaurant was filthy and I’m unsure why since there were 8 employees and not customers other than me. Soda machine was out of most flavors and when I did use it, it sprayed all over the place. More on me than in my cup. Employees were very unenthusiastic at all points of service. Toilet seats were broken."
"Moe's is one of my favorite places to get food, and the Moe's in Oneonta is undoubtedly one of the best ones I've frequented. The staff here are very friendly and accommodating if anything unexpected happens. Come for the Stack, enjoy the service, and leave with a full stomach."
"Comically awful place. They are *extremely* stingy and very overpriced. Spent $10 on a burrito smaller than my hand, and $13 on a bowl with hardly anything in it. I was still very hungry after finishing the burrito completely, and my boyfriend couldn’t finish his bowl because the guacamole was so sour. I will absolutely be emailing customer service for a refund because this is beyond ridiculous. Next time, I will be taking my chances at Five Guys. The fries might send me into anaphylactic shock, but at least I won’t still be hungry after eating my meal."
"This moes is quite literally the worst one I have gone to. They consistently run out of food two hours before closing and the staff is so slow and inefficient. I have tried to give grace and think it only happened once but I was mistaken. After trying to give second third and fourth chances there is no comeback. I want them to be better however it seems that a restaurant without food is a failing one."
