"07/18/2024 6PM Always gave this location 5 stars, not today! The gluten free option is what draws me in when we pass through town. Staff was friendly, hoagie was ok, but the whole place was filthy, from counter tops to floor. Didn't even dare to use bathroom. My husband went to Burger King."

Love their subs, but I won’t be back three times in a row out of the basic items to make subs first time they’re out of mayonnaise time they’re out of onions out of tomatoes. Oh we’re busy order more food. I want a restaurant that has 170 items on the menu, very seldom are out of anything. These guys just subs. Take that back. One time they’re out of rollS"
"I would like to make a suggestion. As the sub (as in my case) moves along the assembly line and makes it to the cashier for wrapping, she takes my money with her gloves on, then centers my sandwich on the sub wrapping paper. I almost walked out then but I was starving from being stuck in Oneonta all day with appointments. I’ve been in the food service industry my entire life. The cashier should not be touching dirty filthy currency and then touching peoples food."
"We had a craving for a giant cold cut hero so went to no other than Jersey Mike's which offers a hero you can't fit in your mouth : ). We ordered #13 The Original Italian cold cut hero giant sized fully dressed with all toppings with oil and vinegar. This was such a satisfy sandwich to see them make and it was saturated with fluid. We took it to go for a late night snack along with a brownie for dessert."
"Very disappointed in jersey Mike's in Oneonta N.Y. sub shop with no lettuce for sandwiches, to busy to cut some up. Apparently they couldn't clean up either. High prices and dirty."
