"Better hope the car you buy doesn't have any mechanical issues. The car we bought for my daughter has been in the shop THREE TIMES with no four scheduled for 12/27. Biggest problem is they outsource the repairs. The mechanic they use is very rarely available, constant closed signs on the door, doesn't answer the phone, etc. Anytime we need to contact him for the endless repairs, we have to drive there and keep our fingers crossed the "out to where ever" sign isn't hanging on the door. And good luck getting Colby to answer their phones too. Good thing we purchased the extended warranty because I see a long nightmare ahead."
