"In the past I have left a 5 star review but now I have to change that. I came in for some issues with 3 year old car to get repaired and that went well had taken a while and they gave me a courtesy vehicle. While my car was being worked on I decided to speak to sales just in case my car was not worth repairing. It was going well until I decided I didn't want to buy a new car. I had given a $500 deposit while I was still deciding if I wanted to buy the new car but now that I have decided not to they are dodging me and not refunding my $500 deposit. So now I have had to open a dispute with my bank. My wife and I were going to use them to buy her a new car in a few months since I decided not to. But now we will not be coming here. Will only be coming here for service until a find another VW dealer."

"What a great car shopping experience. We bought during the pandemic and upon entering the showroom, everyone was mindful of the recommended precautions. The selection of vehicles was outstanding and the buying process was done easily and quickly. Finalizing the finance paperwork was easy and the staff member stayed after hours with us to complete the paperwork and get it submitted.
