"I’ve been with Northtown for years, and typically the service is top notch. This time, there was a recall on a part malfunctioning in my vehicle, and the way I was treated through it was not the best. I can’t call out a whole department, as sometimes I was connected to someone who was very respectful and understanding. Other times, I spoke with someone who either hung up on me or was rude and condescending. I just wish the situation had been handled with more care."

It was so easy , quick and much better than waiting around for the shuttle or sitting in the waiting room. I love this idea. Later I received a text with a video inspection of my vehicle from the tech. Another surprise and great idea. Having direct contact with the technician in live time is awesome!
