"The manager was friendly but everything else horrible. Brought me the car with all the windows down which didn’t seem like a red flag. I drove back to work with windows down. When I got in the car after work with the windows up it smelt like something died in there. Absolutely rancid. Have been calling for the past three days to schedule a vehicle swap and no one picks up. If it was gonna be this much a hassle I would’ve just chosen a different location. I’ll have to drive all the way back out there to hopefully get a new vehicle. If you know it smells, get it cleaned and don’t offer it to customers."
