"Awful experience. Madison is the only one who handles accounts and it's almost impossible to get a hold of her. Never in the office and she never calls back after leaving messages. Needed inspection papers for the truck I rent, for a week I was told by multiple people they don't keep that on file, the whole time they do. I've never been billed in a more confusing way. Constantly taking money out of bank account with no explanation of the varying amounts even though we talked about needing a heads up and to know what it was for, she still keeps running the card whenever with no notice. Completely unprofessional way to conduct business."

"People always told me not to use Enterprise and now I understand why. I rented a 3/4 ton truck yesterday afternoon and per the website and the instructions sent they take debit cards for rental. So I had everything I needed. Literally, when I was about to get into an Uber to come to pick up the truck some woman calls me and tells me the truck is not available because it’s getting a tire change. Then she informs me that they no longer take debit cards. I told her it’s my business debit card but then she replied I would have to rent the truck under my business name. I can’t do that. It’s UBER. I told her that they need to update their site. False advertising. Don’t deal with these people. Bad business practices."

Honestly, Ivan went above and beyond for when I needed a furniture dolly and answered all my questions too. The option to drop off your rental vehicle after hours with a key drop off box was convenient too. The cargo van was exactly what I was looking for to move furniture too. Thank you!"

The staff is always welcoming, funny, and willing to go that little extra to make sure you have everything you want or need. They are my preferred location whenever I need a rental. When I was in a major accident in Buffalo, when I called to report what happened, they spent so much time making sure I was taken care of before ever asking about the vehicle.
