"Update - the GM responded with please contact her at our earliest convenience which was the day after her response and my husband did and left a message and 4 days later - again… NO Response!!! My husband and son bought a car from them in June and the buying experience itself was good. Once you leave the lot, you don’t exist! When he bought the car the roof top rails were coming out of the grooves and my husband reached out to the salesman and he was advised that he needed to contact the Chevy dealership to get it taken care of since it was bought at the dodge dealership. Contacted the Chevy dealership and service manager was polite but instructed us to contact the original purchase dealership. Sent several text messages to the salesman and nothing but crickets… The part is a cheap easy fix from what we can tell but what if it was the transmission!! Not the service you deserve or expect!"

"Brought my jeep there to be inspected did not expect what they had quote me, $3500 for brakes, I had them fix my brakes two years ago and it was very expensive then and it’s even more expensive now this time I was not going to let them fix it that much money I can buy used car for that much money. And I’m not the only one who thinks that these guys are very expensive now I don’t have an inspection sticker. I will never go to these guys again they are way too expensive, their work is OK. Nothing special. The staff is OK nothing special, the guy who does the Courtesy ride was the brightest part of all of this. So if you don’t mind paying top dollar prices for standard work, this is the place to go."

"Mixed experience here. Dealership itself is clean and sleek, almost enjoyable to spend time in. Sales team was wonderful, helpful, and honest. Tyler set me up with a great car for what I needed and was honest about what he did and didn't know. Service team was nothing short of a joke. Took same vehicle in under state warranty for an emissions issue. Took three trips and two and a half months before the issue was fixed properly. Took five weeks alone for parts to come in. Would've rather paid the 600ish dollars for my local mechanic to do within a few days. Service manager was the only one who was at all helpful. Tim (assistant service manager and my service advisor) was both wildly unhelpful and often unable to give me the info I needed. Communication with the service dept was also quite abysmal in my opinion. In summary: ok to buy from. Do not go to the service dept under any circumstances. Even under warranty. Give your local mechanic the business instead if you want your car fixed in a timely fashion."

"Take your vehicle anywhere else to get serviced. Counter staff was rude and didn’t want to be bothered talking to customers as they were too busy eating breakfast at the counter. Dealership sold a vehicle that had a faulty ac unit that had incorrect refrigerant in system and will not honor extended warranty on used vehicle. They state it’s a he said she said situation. The logical argument would be why would anyone take a Vehicle anywhere else while they have a warranty for said vehicle. I will be talking my service elsewhere and seeing them in small claims court. Too bad as I was about to purchase my third vehicle from them in less than a year. I will take my business elsewhere. So long Maguire. The only decent person in service was Tim."

"I have never been more disappointed and disgusted with a car dealership as I am with this one. This was bought 12/29/23 with 34301 miles, drove it to work once and on the way home all the lights lit up on the dash. Took it to dealership and when they put the license plate on, they screwed it in to the bumper and a screw went through the forward driving aid. They sent it to the Maguire Nissan and they repaired it put on a plate bracket which should have been on it and put plugs in the bumper, see the picture below. They still have yet to replace the bumper that they ruined. As soon as I took it through the first car wash, all the paint started falling off and white spots everywhere. At the bottom of the rear doors the paint was peeling, exactly the same on both sides. Our salesman said he had a guy that would fix the paint. It went in for paint 3/1/24. Shortly after a bondo spot started showing through on the rear drivers side. More paint was falling off and white showing through. Contacted the dealer again and brought the truck in again on 3/29/24 for the paint to be fixed again. It was taken to the Nissan dealer again as they were suppose to replace the bumper but the bumper was not the correct one they say. So we go to pick up the truck and the paint job was absolutely disgusting. The paint was all blurred on both sides and not clear. We have been keeping this parked so we didn't go over the 36,000 mile mark. How is someone suppose to be excited about owning this truck when it has been nothing but issues from the beginning and having the paint falling off. There is a class action suit in the works regarding Nissan primer. They totally ruined this truck."
