"Been here several times and received the wrong parts and wrong information. It's small but the other day I purchased a battery for my key fob, the lady sold me the wrong size. When I came back in FROM their parking lot she refused to refund me saying it was an open package and against store policy. She SOLD it to me not even 5 minutes ago, I never even left their parking lot. She was very rude and cost me 10$. I'll never go there again"

Kalvin gave me the best customer service over the phone. He was patient and gave me all the help I needed. "Usually knowledgeable staff. Would have given 5 stars but I called and asked for a filter which they said they had available and would set aside for me. I arrived 30 minutes later to purchase only to be informed that the computer said it's in stock but they couldn't find it. Wish they would have called me and informed me that they couldn't find it. I don't blame the employee for the mishap. Would suggest in the future that if the computer says only a few available having the employee confirm before having a customer drive there."
