"Every time I order here it’s a 50/50 shot if they’ll actually listen to the order specifications. I never even change my order drastically I just want no mayo on my chicken littles but half the time I walk away with nothing cause they just disregard custom orders. "I was picking up a meal and the manager who was there on 6/23/2024 treated me in a bad mood. I showed her the name to pick up and the order and she told me that if my wife wasn't going to pick it up she couldn't give me the food because I might steal it. It's the first time I've been treated like this. I don't know if it's because of my skin tone, but that manager doesn't know how to give customer service."
"Counter server was very attentive to my order, especially in getting it correct. It was a split order and was bagged up correctly! I noted to Kelly that she should consider being a waitress in restaurant with a little bit more experience!! It's great to see young people take their jobs seriously and carry them out well!!!"
