"0 stars! I have never EVER dealt with such HORRIBLE RUDE customer service, from a manager at that! I placed an order online. Drove 20 minutes to get it. 20 minutes home just to find my entire order wrong & inedible for my family. Specifically asked for no pork because my family can not have pork! My husband took a huge bite before realizing there was pork, which then made him vomit. The other item in my order was not made how I asked. I literally did not pay for what I got and had to throw the whole order away. When I called the store the manager who made my order told me “I didn’t do anything wrong call corporate for a refund” I then asked how long he had been working in customer service because his attitude was horrible he said “not long, call corporate” when I called corporate they said because this store is franchised, they should issue a refund & that they don’t stand by their stores treating people this way. I then called the manager back & explained what corporate said and asked for the owner or his boss to contact me, his response was “I won’t give you a refund because it’s over $5 & I will have to explain to my boss what I did wrong then I get in trouble”, then called me back 10 minutes later & said “I can give you my personal 50% employee discount if you reorder” I explained I was not going to be spending another dollar at a store that refuses to help it’s customers. I actually am disgusted with this restaurant’s approach to customer service & upset that I wasted my time and money. If the owner or higher up just accepts the way this manager acts, shame on them."
