"Meals are OK, tried to cancel on the phone but they refused to cancel and when I finally cancelled online they STILL charged me for my meals and refused to refund me and basically said it's my fault."

The app set my orders to auto-renew and gave me no way to turn this feauture off. 5 days before my order for the next week was automatically activated - in the amount of $140, and customer support answer was that they could not change my address, nor the food selected just by themselves and obviously no cancellation at all) $140 just evaporated without any permission from me. I don't live there anymore and I didnt even have any desire to try their food twice. Service, I just have no words to express how nonsense and awful it is!"
