"I just got out from work placed an order on the app, and they gave my order away. I was in front waiting for it they called my name and gave it to a female who obviously came in didn't order anything, I said " thats my order"and provided proof Xavier still handed my order to the female for free. Anna who worked the night shift tonight Monday 9:55PM with Xavier told me to leave or she'd be calling the cops. Xavier stated " that it didnt matter if he gave my order away for free that they are multimillion dollar company they don't need a $20 order. Anna came from behind Xavier threatened me saying " now leave or we're going to call the cops." their behavior and poor customer service skills need to be addressed immediately I cant believe they treat customers like this I will be escalating this situation."
"I think it makes no sense having to go to the machine to enter your order...and then to get a receipt....which you then take to the CASHIER because you are paying cash. Somebody please explain this to me."
"Most beverage options are usually out of stock or out of order and the ice machines works half the time. Also this location allows too many non customers to loiter and take up seating. Overall quality of service and atmosphere has plummeted over the past 2 years. Maybe just give the whole place and staff an overhaul."
"Very good food for breakfast. I ordered a regular sausage biscuit but I received a McGriddle it was like sausage on two little pancakes. Actually was very good, better than the regular biscuit I was supposed to get. It did take a little while to get my food and even though it was yummy my order was wrong."
