"Amazing new restaurant. Great menu and the food was excellent. Service was fantastic and Sarah took great care of us. While the ambiance of the restaurant was great my only complaints (and thus the 3 stars on atmosphere) were the restaurant was too loud and they could do better on the music. I enjoy classic rock but it’s not the right vibe for that restaurant. Overall, we loved the place and will definitely go back."

I really enjoyed that many of the items on the menu items are familiar, but they have a new twist to them with exciting flavors and complex profiles. This place leans more gourmet dining than causal. So expect a little smaller curated portions. Some might feel the room is too loud for their preference, but the service is attentive and friendly."

Me and my friends all agreed that the restaurant combines elegance with a warm, inviting ambiance that makes it perfect for both special occasions and casual dining. Some of the most memorable dishes are the Caviar Dog (surprisingly good and creative), Filet Mignon (perfectly cooked), and the seafood platter (the small portion option is definitely enough for 3-4). The food's served quickly and deliciously, and you can tell how much effort the restaurant puts into making it a well-rounded dining experience. The service is also top-notch: professional, warm, and the lady who served us gave a brilliant introduction and recommendations on the food. Hudson Rose delivers an unforgettable dining experience. Every detail is thoughtfully curated, ensuring that people leave with memories of a truly exceptional meal.
