Ralph's Pizzeria

"I have taken pizza out from/at Ralph's many times, but have not written a review. Last night was my first time in the main dining room and my experience was outstanding. I ordered shrimp fra diavalo, which had generous amounts of large prawns, a delicious sauce, and al dente linguini. I also ordered a large margherita pie that was crisp and topped with tasty mozz and basil. Dining room was festive and had lovely Christmas decorations!!"

"Here to discuss the "best pizza in NJ." This review will only pertain to the plain cheese pizza. I have lived in Jersey for 24 years and have eaten A LOT of pizza. The service is friendly and the atmosphere is nice but to say this is the best pizza in NJ is a STRETCH. The pizza is simply OK. It is not a bad pizza, price is fair but there is nothing that makes the pizza special. The sauce is ordinary, the cheese proportion is below average and the crust is mediocre. Sorry for the long review but that is my honest opinion."

"Ralphs is extremely hyped. Pizza is whatever. Firs two times ate pies in on Fri/Sat nights and they had the char but were still soggy somehow and greasy. Flavor profile was good though. Got slices my third time and they were like lead. I probably won't go back."

The star of the show, of course, was the pizza. I ordered their classic Margherita, and it was nothing short of spectacular. The crust was perfectly crisp yet delightfully chewy, offering the ideal foundation for the fresh, vibrant flavors on top. The tomatoes were ripe and juicy, the mozzarella was delightfully stringy and rich, and the basil added a fresh, aromatic touch that brought the whole dish together. But it's not just the food that makes Ralph's stand out; it's also the exceptional service. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure our experience was nothing short of perfect. They were quick to offer recommendations and seemed genuinely passionate about the food they served. In addition to their pizza, I also tried a side of garlic knots, which were a garlicky, buttery delight, and a slice of their homemade cheesecake, which was creamy and just the right amount of sweet."

"Awesome pizzeria. The staff were great. Pizza was delicious. They’re very proud of their one bite review. It has a vintage pizzeria feel. Small though. Not much seating. But definitely need to try this place if you haven’t."
