"I went to this place for the first time this evening hoping that I could taste the food after ordering. However, after I placed my order. I unexpectedly had a 35 minute delay. In addition, prior to making my order I made a specific request of plain chicken breast with garlic sauce on the side for my full order. However, I was told after the order was finally done they "thought" I said I wanted extra garlic sauce with my order. Then, I was told that I need to learn how to order. Staff here have selective listening skills and wasted my time and didnt want to admit that they did the order the way they are customarily use to cooking despite my specific request. I asked for a refund because I was throughly unsatisfied and didnt care to reorder my phone give that my original specific request wasnt honored."

"Wasn’t to bad. Had the steak bowl & vegetables. Ordered empanadas & ribs as well for co workers. Steak bowl was very good. Ribs were good but empanadas had issue with. Cheese empanadas were almost empty. However would definitely order from again…,"

"I ordered a combo that equaled up to $30.67 that I thought would feed me and my family, and when I got it, the majority of the food was just fries. There was barely any rice, barely any protein and when I called they were rude to me about it like THEY were the ones that got the order instead of me. We usually pay $23 for a combo and it always has more than enough, but all of the sudden we paid more and got LESS! and on top of that, the lady on the phone said we’ll give you a refund but you’ll get your money back in 48 hours and we have TO TAKE THE FOOD BACK!!!! mind you we have a family to feed and she knew this and didn’t care. Never ordering here again, ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK! 4.1 stars is not worth it for a spot that barely gives food and gives attitude when a customer points it out. This was one of my favorite places. Never making this mistake again. I didn’t even mention that the tray itself was small as well. Expensive prices for little to no food, that’s ridiculous."

"What a disaster this place is. Service was consistent given the price point, the food was not consistent with any price point. The shrimp, fries, and rice were severely freezer burned. The chicken was dry, the pork ribs were bland, the steak had the consistency of a hockey puck. I did find the sausage to be edible. The $3.00 credit card surcharge was a nice surprise, another customer doubled parked blocking us in the parking lot was the icing on the cake. Save your money and stay away from this place. Just awful."
