"So any time I've ever eaten in store it's been fine, maybe a bit long of a wait for fast food but that's whatever. The biggest problem is the drive-thru. 3/5 times I've ordered beforehand to pick up they told me they won't serve me through the drive thru and that I had to come in to pick up. All 3 times I had to wait an extra 10-15 min for an order I had placed at minimum 15 minutes before arriving there. It's not really fast food and I wouldn't use the app at this location"

"Food is almost always great, although occasionally some of the chicken pieces are dry on the inside (which I don’t think is enough for it to not be 5 stars). The skin is very well seasoned, especially if you get the spicy chicken. The sandwich has just the right texture and is moist yet still crunchy. The boneless wings are also pretty good, although the signature hot ones seem to use a different batter and the hot sauce just hurts instead of being actually spicy due to the lack of any other flavors to balance it out. 5 stars service since delivery is quick (they used to get my order wrong a lot but they don't do that as much anymore) and 5 star atmosphere by default since I've never actually been into the restaurant. All in all great fast food joint, would recommend."

"The food was excellent and prepared exactly the way I requested it with extra sauce etc. The employees gave me the attention needed to get the order in. The soda machine was cold & had all the selections. Bathroom and store were clean. I've come here every so often over the course of about 20 years, food & service are pretty consistent. I do have to take a star off because of lack of professionalism from a couple of employees. I personally was not offended by the conversation (I was more surprised and entertained) and unprofessional talk of one employee on break and others still working. Friends were coming in conversing, but the content of the conversation was loud enough for me to hear & was definitely not workplace acceptable."
