"For over 7 yrs this has been my favorite McDonald’s, they even brought back my faith and trust in McDonald’s but recently they began to drop the ball…I always order thru my app & mostly simple items like the Mcchicken (it’s always been my favorite with them) but last week they decided to give me one with pickles (I so hate pickles)! I went back to complain cause it made me so nauseous I was upset & hungry it was my lunch hour so timing is important & they gave me a replacement, why did they give it to me plain?!? Now I’m really annoyed & so my trust went out the window & requested a refund instead! The so called owner insisted people make mistakes, yea no lady….unacceptable when comes to my food!! I purchased from them 4 days out of 7 a week, now I refuse to eat from there again! Very very disappointed!! Friendliness won’t cut it for me if ur not paying attention to orders of food & lots of times too they take forever to acknowledge u while standing there waiting for ur mobile orders…I’m done with them!"

"This is the best McD I've ever visited in NJ. Very friendly staff, even asking you if everything is alright - like it's an actual restaurant, not a fast food chain. Food was fresh and tasty , I ordered a spicy mccrispy with an extra chicken patty. Again, this is probably one of the best yet underrated McD locations. I congratulate the staff and management, my experience here today was superb, as always."

"I’ve gone through the drive thru here for years, no major issues that i’ve ever encountered. just your standard fast food. however tonight we sat in the dining room and ate for the first time. what a great experience! you wouldn’t know it was a mcdonald’s if the food wasn’t wrapped up. the service is the sole reason for me writing this review. the person in between the register and kiosks was incredibly kind and helpful. the restaurant was well staffed to where we got our food hot and quick right to the table. not only that, but they came back a minute later to see if we needed anything else, offered sauces, napkins, straws etc. we ate our food which was hot and tasted fresh and our order was accurate. then someone happened to notice when we were finishing up and he came and grabbed our garbage for us. there was someone walking around the dining room, bathrooms, and outside perimeter and drive thru keeping everything clean. when we got up to leave with our toddler, another employee took the high chair and returned it for us and we saw her wiping it down immediately. the whole crew working at this location on monday 6/10 around 5pm was 10/10!!"

"Service always good never have any problems food is almost always good sometimes could be better but it’s fast food so can’t expect too much. Generally always happy to go there."

"This is probably my favorite McDonald's in the area. As New Jersey has moved away from plastic straws, the plastic-like compostable straws they offer here are so much better than the paper straws you get almost everywhere else. It makes for a better overall experience. The staff here is incredible. I only give you a 4-star for the food because it is after all fast food."
