"I placed an online order for pick up. Got my food in a sealed bag and brought it all the way home. Just to find out, they gave me the wrong burger with someone else's name on it. Mistakes happen, I can understand that. I made a complaint on the Smashburger website to try and get a refund for the wrong item. Instead of issuing a refund for the wrong burger, they sent me an email saying, "We will train our staff better." They basically told me to just deal with it. Bad customer service on incorrect order. I'm never going to Smashburger again. There are a lot of other options in this area if you want a quick burger."
