"I love Jersey Mikes, however I was in Totowa and decided to go to that location. The customer service was friendly, but my sandwiches were horrible. They had little to no meat, and when I asked the guy about the meat he said it's there, the turkey & cheese were really wet and soggy with all this lettuce it was hardly no meat, the third sandwich was a steak & cheese hardly no meat also. I was very disappointed when I got home, because it was going to be my dinner. As I mentioned I usually go to the one in West Orange and never had this problem. It was 58.00 lost because I wasn't satisfied. I won't be going to this location again."
"This location never disappoints. From the friendly employees, to the cleanliness of the restaurant to the attention to detail with making your sandwiches, they always satisfy! This visit the Hubby and I had the pleasure of having Aaron and Altamir (sorry if I misspelled your names) make our sandwiches. Cheers to them for doing an amazing job while being professional and friendly."
