"I asked for chicken taco with sour cream, queso and cilantro. This is what I got, the put 3 little pieces of chicken, no queso, no sour cream and no sauces! Very disappointed"
"Usually we are avid eaters at sombrero. But, we ordered food there tonight and got (4) items. Two steak burritos and 2 birria tacos. Unfortunately, in one of the birria tacos my family found 3 BIG bones. That’s right 3! The food is usually delicious but we were disappointed to see this."
"Honestly I always buy from this place and the food is great but lastnight I went in for the first time (I always order delivery) and I was picking up someone else’s order doing uber and the lady in there gave me the nastiest attitude didn’t even greet me or nothing. Just because I am delivering food for someone else doesn’t mean you have to treat us any less than a customer because I am also your customer VERY often when I’m not working and guess what? Now that’s the bad impression I have. Do better, I even said good evening twice to get her to say it and she barely even blinked."

"Was in the mood for tacos. Saw special on uber eats for buy one order get second order. If it’s “FREE”it’s for me. Tried the chicken tacos and the steak flautas. Flautas were pretty dry & added steak to it which there was hardly any steak in there. Chicken tacos were pretty tasty. Add the guacamole for a better taste. Definitely would go again."
