"Went with my friends, there was a lot of concerns, mainly with the service. 1. Our server I know this isn’t with all servers, but ours didn’t keep up with our table and didn’t check in at all. They took way too long to give us things like drinks and other little favors. They were also a bit rude 2. In General We were a party of about 5-7 and we weren’t told that we couldn’t split a check. I’ve never really seen this before, but our check came out to around 400 dollars and it took a very long time to pay the right amount, only to also not be told of additional charges, such as 3-5 dollars to change a flavor of a drink, so we had to redo our count all over again. 3. The food The food wasn’t horrible, but the boils seemed to have a lot of one thing and not so much of the other. It was nice, though!"

"Update: The restaurant owner's response is absurd. They're just making stuff up. The owner wasn't even there, just the manager, so how does he/she know what we did or did not do? In fact, we did not eat all the food--we took a bunch home because we were forced to pay for all of it and we did not want to be wasteful. Also, we never complained about the quality of the food. The food was fine. The service is terrible, as illustrated by the restaurant's response--still trying to blame us for their mistake. All that was necessary was a sincere apology and a sincere attempt at a reasonable accommodation (rather than a 2% discount to make us go away and for them to be able to say they gave us a "discount"), but instead they just keep fighting us. Even if there was no accommodation, if they had been sincere with an apology from the beginning, we would have been fine with that. Mistakes happen, that's fine, but if they do, just own it. Stop trying to shift the blame. Lastly, I'm not sure on what universe a 1.5 hour wait for food is "not that long". Worst dining experience of my life. Service was terrible and restaurant was way too loud. We had reservations for 6:30pm and we didn't get our food until 8:30pm. That wasn't the worst part. When we received the check, we found that the waitress had made a mistake and charged us for an additional deluxe tray at a cost of $235. When we spoke to the manager, instead of trying to find a resolution, she proceeded to get defensive, make excuses, and blame us for the mistake. There are plenty of great seafood restaurants in this area with great food and great service. Don't waste your time."

"LOVEEEE this place! Went by on a Saturday around 6pm and they had a live DJ playing Hip-Hop, Caribbean, and Spanish music. The bartender, Dandre, greeted me with a huge smile and a pleasantly upbeat attitude. We spoke at the bar the entire time and he made sure I was consistently attended to. I ordered a fishbowl, which was not only delicious, but worth every penny! I also got the Cajun low country boil extra hot. It was well seasoned but very spicy, so if you don’t like spicy I recommend getting the medium level. (BONUS) The food was delivered on a robot! Overall 10/10 experience. It was such a vibe I stayed even after my food was done to enjoy the music some more. Dandre is the best bartender/server make sure to request him when you visit!"

"Went for lunch and was greeted by a smiling lady. We were seated promptly and the waiter was great. I had the scallops and my wife the shrimp. Loved when the robot brought it to the table. I’m sorry I didn’t get the crab. Food was hot and just okay. The dessert, the toffee cake was amazing."

"We were strolling in the mall and decided to have a bite here, best decision! The drinks were amazing— we had piña colada passion fruit. The steamed oysters with garlic butter were impeccable! It was tender and full of flavour. The sea food boil was delicious and filling, no rubbery texture. Everything was cooked to perfection! Friendly staff and welcoming environment which made our experience highly satisfied we'll definitely be back!!"
