"My family and I ordered three well done Burgers. We were disappointed that the Burgers were room temperature and one cold. They tried to heat the cold Burger but turned out to be room tempurature as well. We did not enjoy nor did we finish our food."

"Fridays used to be one of my family's favourite place until Jan 13,2024. I went with my family at the Palisade Mall location in west nyack. First off the restaurant was almost full with what seem to be about 3 waiters working overall. When they finally took our orders my son order mash potatoes and bread stick as a side which they give him some over cooked mushy broccli instead. I told the waiter 3 times and they promised to changed it which they never did. The breadsticks came when we were almost finshed with our meals. I order the 2 chicken breasts which seem to be like they are now slicing one breast and serving it as two and it was over cook and hard to eat.The salmon was much smaller but taste ok. The glasses they served drinks in are very cloudy, probably not washed or needs to be replaced. When we finally got the check and told the waiter that we never got the mashed potatoes she was like oh well. This is a place I will not be coming back to.There is another Asian restaurant next to Fridays-Little Budha. Service and food is excelent.Its like night and day difference with their service. They always pass by and ask if food and everything is ok and food taste excellent.They don't serve drinks in cloudy plastic glasses and dishes are clean."

"I was so disappointed with the food here. The loaded potato skins were not loaded and they were overpriced for what you got. My husband didn't really enjoy his hamburger because the bun was soggy and his loaded fries were cool too the touch. My healthy salad wasn't bad but based on the description, it was missing ingredients. I am not sure if we will ever go back. Come to think of it, I don't know if we are ever going to Fridays again. The quality of food was subpar and it took us over 10 minutes to get drink refills. Our check for the meal took almost 15 minutes to pay because the waiter disappeared after he handed my husband the piece of paper with a pen attached. All in all it wasn't worth the time or money."

"It has been awhile since I’ve been to Friday’s & I will def be back sooner than later! We both really enjoyed our meals and the price point was great especially compared to how overpriced the fast food is at the food court. We both had the Whisky burger with fries and it was done perfectly! Cooked to perfection for each of us & we often find our burgers are never cooked correct when ordering out but these were great. I would love to see them get some more business as I enjoyed the meal and want to make sure it is there to go back too! Would recommend you go especially if it’s been awhile since you’ve been to a fridays I find you will be pleasantly surprised and in my opinion is headed back in the right direction!"

"came here today around 5:50 - there was ONE other table in this entire place . Ordered 2 appetizers 1 entree and 1 kids meal it took 25 minutes to get 1 order of 3 mozzarella sticks & a spinach dip out of the kitchen spinach dip tastes like it came out of a Jar not good at all we pass 30 minutes waiting for the remainder of our food and i was about to pay for what we ate then leave . Server was in his own world unless you go out of your way to get his attention . burger was requested medium well - came out MEDIUM . this was supposed to be a quick bite to eat before shopping and it took almost the 40 minutes to finally have the burger and pasta with butter . best part of the night ? the french fries . the server lacked attentiveness the entire experience .As a server he should take a glance here and there to make sure everything is okay NO reason an EMPTY restaurant cannot make pasta with butter and a burger in an appropriate time frame . even the table behind me was complaining about the same and they were seated after us . I have never left such an insignificant tip before which goes to show how poor the experience was . Now i’m home and i feel sick . the cherry on top . skip this place at all costs"
