"I had the ordered 2 Irish snowmen for gifts. Wasn’t happy they weren’t shipped in individual boxes. The Irish Snowman with Friend the paint job was a disappointment I guess you don’t exam the quality of product before it leaves the store."

"I have been in the store several times and my experience was nothing but great with friendly and very helpful staff. I am going to return because I had seen things in a catalog that I would like to buy and wanted to see if they carry it in the store. I rather give them my business. Regarding to the one review, mask wearing, at that time it didn't matter if a person was vaccinated or not, mask wearing was a requirement by the CDC to enter any store. The stores needed to comply by the CDC covid-19 policy. Yes, it was an inconvenience. Yes, many of us hated it, but you want or need to go shopping you needed to wear a mask, CDC policy for the state of New York. It wasn't just at this store it was everywhere, stores, banks, a person's job and etc. Any place that was enclosed and had people. It was a very difficult time for us all, very difficult. Therefore the store should not be held responsible for following the CDC policy, they had to. I am eager to go back."
"It is a nice store with some wonderful Irish gifts. They treat all people - chocolate, vanilla, etc. (I use flavors rather than race but you get my drift) the same. It is a great store for everyone. Since travel back to Ireland is on all hold due to the restrictions it's the next best thing. Cheers."

I've also purchased many gifts that thrilled the recipients. All the merchandise is quality and lovely.
