"I needed a watch bracelet repair for a very old watch my husband gave me. KC did a repair but a month later another piece of the bracelet broke so I returned again. The sales staff spent a great deal of time after I expressed my concern the bracelet would continue to break trying to locate a bracelet that would fit. They even called a supplier to see what they could offer and the cost of a new bracelet was much too high. After all the time and consideration I was given, I decided to stay with KC. Where do you find customer service like that?"

"Very happy with my experience. I brought my 6 month old daughter in to get her ears pierced after being recommended this shop by my cousin. And i have to say it lives by its expectations. everyone was so nice and welcoming and was great with my daughter. They helped me pick out the right jewelry for her and got me in and out very quickly. They are also very reasonably priced and told me to never be afraid to call with any questions. Definitely am recommending them to anyone and will be coming back if i ever need anything else."
