"Busy area with great shops!"

"AVOID THIS STORE! AVOID THIS STORE! AS UNPROFESSIONAL AS IT GETS! On a Saturday morning, there were no cashiers. Not one! Every customer was sent through SELF-CHECKOUT. It gets worse. Of the many self-serve checkouts, only 7 were opened and NOT ONE ACCEPTED CASH! Every one required electronic payment. Why does this matter? Because THD has had MULTIPLE DATA BREACHES that leaked confidential information of customers and employees over the years. And it still gets worse.... I asked for the name of the store's GM and was told by somebody claiming to be a manager that they didn't have a GM. They said it with a straight face. I waited in long line to be the next up. When I asked the one employee assisting with the 7 opened stations which one accepts cash, her answer was as unprofessional as it gets... Her advice was... I guess you can try to pay cash at the customer service counter... I dropped the merchandise and simply walked out. There was no way I was now going to wait on a different line all over again just because THD made it problematic and difficult to pay with cash. I found a small hardware store to get what I needed and instead of going back to THD, I'm going back to Mom & Pop shop first and ACE second. This is a huge fail. How can any District Mgr see this mess of a store and not immediately implement change? INSANE INCOMPETENCE AT ALL LEVELS."

"The stores here are great! The staples is also an Amazon drop point for returns. Only sad that bed bath and beyond is closed but they closed all locations"

"Home depot was ok. I usually go to the one in Clifton. But I have to say, I will never go on Sunday again. The contractors that go there during the week are much nicer and also helpful when you can't find a service person"

"My mom and I went to the Bed Bath and Beyond expecting deep discounts since all the stores are going out of business. However, the biggest discount is 50% off for Halloween items only. The rest of the stock was 30%-40% off, and only a meager selection available since a lot of people have already come through. At least my mom bought a vegetable steamer, which she has wanted for a while. At $12 retail, she paid $10.80 with the 10% discount."
