"I recently visited Scrubs and Beyond in Totowa, NJ, and my overall experience was fantastic. Her assistance made the shopping process seamless and enjoyable. One notable advantage of this location is the ample parking available, which is a significant convenience. Finding a parking spot was stress-free, allowing me to focus on my shopping experience. The store itself boasts an extensive selection of scrubs, catering to different sizes and preferences. However, the only downside I encountered was the limited availability of XS sizes. It would be beneficial for Scrubs and Beyond to expand their XS inventory to accommodate a broader range of customers. Despite this minor setback, I still consider Scrubs and Beyond in Totowa as the best place to buy scrubs. The overall positive aspects, including the excellent customer service, variety of sizes, and convenient parking, outweigh the limited XS sizes. I highly recommend this store to healthcare professionals in need of quality scrubs."

"Came in one evening around 430 to do an exchange for an online purchase. The woman at the counter was extremely rude and had an attitude with me within 30 seconds of walking in while I was asking about my exchange. It needs to be said that the woman was extremely polite with my boyfriend and catered to him immediately and grabbed all of the items he was looking at for him. I asked a question about features of different brands and she one word answered me but when he asked questions, he got long drawn out explanations."
