"Everything is wonderful except for the crazy owner of Tresor, who sold a chair to me online. Haven't been diagnosed with stage four cancer, it's important for my health to lead a stress free life. When I went to pick up the chair, she had accidentally sold it to someone else but then screamed at me when I said very calmly, well that sucks as I drove from downtown Buffalo to retrieve it. Before I could tell her that I was going to buy a few other items instead, she started yelling at me that she doesn't care anymore and shoved the money in my hand that I had paid days In advance, and screamed at me to get out of her store. When I tried to speak she would mimic me and yell louder to get out of her store. She then blocked me on marketplace immediately so I wouldn't leave a bad review. I've never felt this way before, but I'm glad her store is closing because she should not be in customer service at all nor sales. Nor outside of her home, for that matter."
"♿️ accessible. Attended the Big Bounce America event here & it was fantastic!!....Until the rain came & they shutdown for safety. We were drenched, so we went in the mall to buy dry clothes! Well organized, free water, medical staff, food vendors & plenty of space to roam & bounce. Could've used a few more domes with shade & seating though. That's why we got drenched. There wasn't an inch to spare under the domes or vendors tents when the deluge of rain poured down. Was really fun & hope to bring the kids back again."
"This post is more about the new Sto Lat bar, chrusciki bakery and pierogi restaurant where the old Sears was. Great food, craft beer , cocktails and a cool vibe. Don't forget the desert."
"I would love to give this mall 5 stars. It's clean, safe, and inviting. The problem is that there is nothing here. I remember 30 years ago when you can hardly move there were so many people shopping here. There are still a few stores left with mostly boutiques. At least there's plenty of parking available."
"There’s barley any stores left to bring a lot of customers in. I miss all the old stores that use to be here. The food court has been cut down to just 3 places. I work at the mall and during my lunch I have limited options"
