"main st should be awesome, but it just isn't... they have solid service and seems great overall, but the food is just not. Idk what the issue is exactly but I've gotten at least 6 breakfast feasts and between the bread and egg whites were soggy. I was able to eat it this time but I've thrown that stuff out a few times. I'd recommend if you can choose your location pick the one on Niagara falls Blvd in Amherst or military rd in Niagara Falls. These are by far the two best locations I've been to, and I've been to panera 100s of times. Out of all the main st has the worst food I've been to. Transit rd East Amherst is fine, but they'll mess up if they're overwhelmed. The one on Losson Rd in Depew I've only been to twice, and it was decent but not enough to voice an opinion yet."
"No meat on my sandwich....this is sad. And for an $8.10 sandwich! What a ripoff. I was the only person in there! Definitely not going back."
"We stopped here for breakfast / lunch whilst on tour. I accidentally ordered an entire foccacia bread for myself which I guess turned out OK because I had it for like 3 meals and snacks. 10/10 would highly recommend an entire foccacia for bands on tour. Also, PS I'm sorry, I'm not sure if it is spelled "foccacia" or "focaccia." I guess it could also be "foccaccia" but that just doesn't look right to me."
"Probably would have got 5 stars across, but the fact that my sandwich had rotten lettuce on it made me give them 3. Do better especially for the area you are in."
