Ordered a Crème Brûlée Iced Coffee, and when the guy asked someone how to make it I got worried , and to make it worse I didn’t taste it immediately else would have asked it to be re done ! Waste of hard earned money ! If you can’t train your team don’t bother serving drinks which they don’t know ! Check your drink immediately here"
"Asked for a bagel with cream cheese toasted and and ice Capp. She handed me the ice Capp in the drive thru and then stared at me. I nicely asked for my bagel and told me that those words never came out of my mouth. Like I know what came out of my mouth…she rolled her eyes and said that she didn’t charge me and then I apologized for the inconvenience and I handed her my card and I apologized again and she just looked at me. Handed me my food with attitude not toasted and I told her have a nice day and she gave me a dirty look."
