"50 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. Salt and vinegar boneless wings tasted like plain wings. Box of 10 wings had 7 in it. You had an hour and a half to count properly and couldn't even do that correctly. Editing my review AGAIN. The manager emailed me. I called the cell number I was given, left him a voicemail over a week ago and not received a call back."

"absolutely appalling customer service over the phone I ordered food off the Buffalo wild wing app and when it was delivered the order was completely incorrect. I called the store due to the wrong food being delivered and explained to them the issue and the first person I spoke with said he would get the manager and then hung up on me. when they finally answered this person told me there was no manager on (despite it being 930 pm at a business that's open till midnight) and that id have to call back tomorrow despite the fact I paid for food that was not delivered. when I asked what I was suppose to do about the fact i paid for food tonight because i was hungry tonight she responds with we are really busy and i cant do anything for you. Piss poor customer service when the error was completely on them."

"Not pretty, but tasty! The wings were crispy and saucy. Ordering on the website was easy. There are big menu boards there though too. The website had a promo code for 6 free wings! Ordered at 9pm, wings were ready bagged and labeled when I arrived at 9:25pm. There are a couple of tables/seats in the place if you wanted to eat there. The place is new/clean inside. Plenty of parking."

"Severely understaffed. Put in a to go order on the app 30 minutes in advance. Got there 10 minutes prior to when i expected my order and checked in and somehow the food was still 20 minutes late. An extremely long line at the order desk with no one helping them."
