"Received order from door dash. We did not receive marinara sauce with bread and cheese sticks. We called pizza hut about not having the marinara sauce and the manager replied by saying you have to take it up with door dash. I said shouldn't you be responsible for having the COMPLETE order altogether and ready for door dash. That order should not go out until your store has Everything together and ready. But she kept saying take it up with door dash and put the blame on them. Great managerial skills."
"Everything was hot, fresh, and the price was great. Service was a little slower than I would have liked, but our server did great considering she was the only one I saw running the dining room and take out. She was friendly and attentive even though they were seemingly low on staff that day. I wish I caught her name, but it was Saturday, early afternoon. Kudos to her. :)"
"Had a great experience here this evening. Emma was absolutely fantastic despite being the only employee, front of house. It was pretty busy and she handled it with grace and a smile! Only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars was because this poor girl didn't have any help on a busy Friday night."
"I would not recommend the big New Yorker pizza. Your better off getting some frozen pizza and warming it up in a microwave. The 1 star is for corporate Pizza Hut going to downhill. This location isn't at fault. I would give the location a 3 star. But Pizza Hut as a company 1 star all day long! Pizza Hut use to be a family destination. It use to have values and made amazing pizza that people still remember today. That is gone. It's cheap ingredients and shoving corporate marketing down our necks. We as consumers need to stop giving places like this any money. They need to start caring about their food and customers. To the executives at Pizza Hut... Google retro Pizza hut commercials and listen to what you said in the 80's and 90's. You bring that back people would pay your insane prices and be very happy to do so!"
