"I am so tired of having something as simple as no tartar sauce on a fish sandwich get screwed up I've had this 3 different times has happened. I think I may never go back to this location again it's embarrassing to take my wife a fish sandwich and it was overcooked and tartar sauce after I asked for the sandwich not to have it."
"I do not understand why the Marinara sauce is always missing when I order mozzarella sticks. It has happened to me the last 2 times I ordered through Door Dash. It is so frustrating that they can't remember to put the sauce in with the sticks. The same thing used to happen with the dipping sauce that was supposed to come with the Jalapeños poppers. Sauce should always be included unless customer specifies otherwise."

The prices seem to have gone up more here than at other fast food chains but they've also reduced the portion size.
