"Ordered an Italian sub, was very happy with how it turned out. Staff was patient with me as it was my first time visiting. Would have preferred an option for fries with my sub instead of a bag of chips but that’s just personal preference not worth a ding in ratings! The vanilla cream soda was delicious from the fountain. Clean place, plenty of seating available and easy location to get to as an out of town visitor. Overall a great meal, would return!"
"Just when we were actually enjoying a location it drops the ball hard like a few other locations have, we order 2 salads which we get least 3 times a week and the portions were insulting train your employees better, i guess no more jersey mikes the 2 locations in syracuse are awful and poorly trained."
"Just leaving after ordering. A new employee was on the meat slicer and you could tell he was in training. However, training was not what he was given, only criticism and putting him down. Not cool and to do this in front of customers. I did mention this to the staff.. Response was the trainer is supposed to be training him. Not happening!!"
"I got sub today, my wife got food poisoning 20 minutes after she ate her sub, she started having Nausea, vomiting, stomach cramps,bloating, increased gas and fatigue.all the signs of Staph food poisoning."
