"This Dunkin is not my favorite. It's common for your drink to be messed up if it's complicated, and service isn't the most attentive. The coffee wasnt too bad though, though I haven't been more than once in the last couple months so things may have changed"

"The employees are ALWAYS in a good mood. A few employees know my complicated order by heart. They are also great with kids."

"Wait 30+ minutes for a single "Lemon tea" that I never received. They don't hire anyone even tho they CLEARLY need the help. The staff moves as if the customer is on THIER time and not the other way around. NO URGENCY WHATSOEVER. Every TIME I come here it's so organized but the staff are so casual it's crazy. I come in here for 1 thing every other day and I literally spend an hour in here every time. Definitely poor management and the car time ALWAYS in the red indicating not moving fast enough. You wake up and do the same thing EVERYDAY how don't you have better time management by now. It's so unfair because this DD is the only one close to me and I ALWAYS get treated poorly here."

"This was probably the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. My boyfriend and I just moved from mass to Syracuse and we wanted to stop at dunks to grab some coffees and sandwiches in the middle of unpacking. The coffees were ALL cream. The woman who took our order forgot my bagel and when we asked if we could just add it on when we got to the window, she said “I don’t cook and the cooks are going on break.” My boyfriend wanted to go in there and knock some sense into her blue haired head but I told him not to bother because it was a waste of our time. Thanks for the medium cream, no sandwich worth $15 dollars. Absolute trash."
