"Disgusting washrooms. Women’s bathroom change station to change my babies diaper was broken and hanging off the wall. Had to ask to use the men’s if that was ok and if there was one in there - was met with extremely rude customer service when inquiring. I politely let the woman know the women’s is broken and just got snippy sarcastic responses and attitude and told to wait until the men’s room was empty and use that… well that would’ve been great had that one not also been broken - and covered in disgusting black tar residue all over it not a single clean inch. So I had to change my baby on the floor, or in my vehicle as there’s no operable change table. Rude service, disgustingly dirty washrooms and not practical if you have children. I was going to eat breakfast here but after the attitude I received and the ‘cleanliness’ of the washroom I would rather starve"

"everytime we go at night I order 2 cheeseburgers Xtra onions and all I get is ketchup and mustard on both burgers???"

"Great service! But, food was not up to the mcdonalds standards. The fries were not hot and tasted the past due oil. For the burgers, everything was barely warm, the buns, the meat. I do not recommend!"

"Waited 20 minutes. Drove home. They had messed up my order. Didn’t give me a receipt. Drove back. Said they wouldn’t help me without the receipt. Eventually gave me my missing items after another 20 minutes. Drove home. All my items were missing toppings (bacon, onions, pickles, etc.)"
