South Side Wings

"It's a friday night, on Memorial Day weekend... I've been doing yardwork all night since I got home from work, and I'm hungry and exhausted... Well, I called to place an order, only to be told that it's pickup only tonight, due to there not being any drivers. Great! Not to mention, most times I've called in the past, the female that answers is always extremely rude, and doesn't like questions being asked about the prices and menu selection, apparently. Nice, friendly, and professional establishment, I must say. smh It's unfortunate, because when you do catch them on a good day...the pizza and wings are actually great. My experiences with the staff and trying to place an actual order for delivery though...not so much."

"The boneless wings was more hard pieces then anything else. The wedges were mostly cooked. The beef patties were just nasty. The service was trash. They do not know how to talk to customers or they don't care if you stay a customer either way they should hire someone to just answer the phone. Also the driver told me a higher price then what it was. When I told him that was not what I was told he said that is what it is so I told him how much cash I handed him and it was more then what he asked for so he was like oh thats good. I think he was trying to add extra to make sure he was getting a tip and when he found out I gave him more then what he was asking for it was all good for him. Finally when I called to complain about and item missing the guy hung up on me. That was it for me I'm done."

"Imagine my shock when I opened my sheet pizza after spending $90.35 for 40 wings and a sheet pizza. originally when i placed the order it was 77.80 then when my son picked it up it was suddenly 90.35 when i called they said it was due to extra sauces, he had gotten 8 additional.. that cost me 13.00 !!! any ways I had a birthday party going on and I was so embarrassed. There was no need to call and say give me a discounts because this is bad. These folks are used to everyone asking for a deal so they look at you like you trying to get something for free. so I am not spending my money here anymore and I hope you do the same. go to a real pizza and wing place that cares about the money you spend and their customer experience. NEVER AGAIN ! flavor was not there it was cut in a variety of sizes. i was sick !!"

"Sweet potato fries burnt. Gyro dry. Barbecue burger had no barbecue. Owner had a bad attitude. Only wanted to give a 10% discount. Asked to fix the order and they wouldn’t. Instead asked for all the food back and would give money back"

"Just because it may not look the best doesn’t mean anything. Really amazing wings. Fast service. No long wait. The order process inside is easy and fast. Great place not just for wings, but subs, pizza and even gyros if that is your thing. Highly recommend if you’re in Syracuse and want fast food that is not your standard main-chain of fast food. Plenty of side sauces available."
