"I have genuinely never seen an employee move slower in my life. Been in like for 30 mins, with only 2 people ahead of me. Still in line with the same 2 people ahead of me."

"This franchisee that owns this location needs his permit revoked. He under pays his staff, and they are always out of ingredients. He's an Asian guy that can't manage to own his business well. His staff cuss up a storm in front of customers and he allows it. Hardly any ingredients the 3 times I've gone. Employees their slack off at this location. I suggest not eating here and make it certain that this location closes. You want a better location go to the mattydale ny location instead. The atmosphere here sucks and the attitudes are poor. If I was manager I'd quit and tell the owner off."
