Our story began in 1967 when five teachers from Carthage Central High School in New York transformed an old school bus into a mobile sub shop. The founders—Jerry Haley, Robert Martin, Ellis Martin, Charles Lehman, and Keith Waltz—combined the first letters of their names to create "JRECK," and the rest is history. Since then, JRECK Subs has expanded across New York, bringing fresh, flavorful subs to communities like yours.
